1932 – Takeover by Heinrich Jungeblodt sen.

1967 – Takeover of the business by the brothers Heinrich and Klemens
Jungeblodt, move to Warstein

1970 – Introduction of CNC technology and expansion of production for
Special fasteners
1999 – Takeover of the company by the brothers Klemens and Henrik Jungeblodt
2001 – Largest outsourcing project – takeover of a customer’s screw production
2004 – Inclusion in the TOP 100 – the most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany
2007 – Reorganization & new construction of goods logistics
2016 – Plant extension for large parts production
2018 – Establishment of a foreign subsidiary in Nanjing, China
